Tuesday 28th July.
After a long and trying period we are pleased to announce that we will be opening our doors once more! Drinks only…no food!
Mon-Fri 4.30pm-11.00pm and Sat/Sun 12.00pm-11.00pm.
Table booking is advised, please ring us on 01793 523187, but drop-ins will be welcomed if there is space.
Doors and some windows will be kept open when possible, so think about bringing a nice warm cardigan in the evening!
There will be a few rules and regulations to adhere to.
Upon entering the building we will take a temperature reading using a non-contact thermometer. Staff will have masks/visor and gloves on. Anyone over 37.8 degrees will be refused entry.
Hand sanitiser will be provided upon entry and on each table.
Name and contact number from one member of your party will need to be recorded in case of an outbreak.
These details will not be shared or computerised and will be destroyed after 21 days.
Your party will be allocated a seating area, which you must stick to! There can be no wandering to another table to chat to mates or you will have to leave.
Smoking is allowed either in the shelter (maximum of 2 people!) and outside the front. Drinking outside is NOT permitted!!
The toilets now have a lock on the main door so as to allow only one person at a time, so don’t leave it to the last minute!
Drinks should be ordered at the designated area of the bar and should be collected by one member of your party. We won’t be doing table-service.
Takeaway will continue with a 10% discount.
We’ve done our best to ensure your safety, and maintain a pleasant atmosphere, please help us to keep the Hive alive and stick to the rules set out by the government. Let’s bee safe!
If you think we are doing anything wrong please let us know.
